Onespy not refunding money as assured

On 12 August 2015, I paid INR 2000 for the trial version of Onespy after having a chat with their employee named Jxxxxy Rxxxa and a discussion with Mr. Sxxxxr Gxxxxa.

Both of them assured that if I am unsatisfied with the software, full amount will be refunded. After this assurance I paid INR 2000 and my trial version was activated. But unfortunately it didn’t work on the target phone. All this time I was constantly in touch with Mr. Sxxxxr Gxxxxxa and Mr. Mxxxxj from Onespy. Even after 2 days of installation the software is didn’t work. So I asked them to refund the money they agreed and Mr. Sxxxxr Gxxxxxa asked me to send an email for the same.

It’s been more than a month and they are not refunding my money. Instead of reversing the transaction they asked my account number to deposit the amount. When I provided my Standard Chartered account number they asked if I have an account with HDFC or ICICI. I informed them that I don’t have an account with any of these banks.

Since then I haven’t received a response from them but an automatically generated email, which says that “please be patient for 24-48 hrs.
