I purchased an Onida 1.5 ton Split AC bearing model number – S18 SPD – M3 from Kohinoor Electronics , Vashi, Navi Mumbai around April 2013. I have the original bill to prove the same.

I have already e-mailed and placed a complain call to the representative at Onida through the service phone # displayed on their website – 022 3988 9000.

My complain reference # is 1602 B4 763 80202

I called them again day before asking them to come and sort out the issue. I was told that if the compressor has gone back then though I would get a free replacement if under warranty, I would still need to shell out for the charges towards any material, gas, labor. All of which would amount to approximately Rs 3500/-

My point is I would have never incurred these charges if the compressor had not gone bad. Secondly, I have not had a prompt call of action towards my complain.
