This was second order from kolkatacakeshop.com and omfloristandgifts. My order number was KOLKN104639. i ordered 1 KG cake for my sister on 19th october and after receiving my cake i found that the cake was fully spoiled and stinking badly. I called to the customercare but nobody received as it might be diwali day, so i called the vendor omfloristandgifts and he received the phone and assured me the problem will be solved. But when i was not getting any call from him, called him next day and i found that my number is blocked in his mobile as i tested it from another number. Then i started calling to the kolkatacakeshop customer care and they asked me to send mail and i did. But they replied that the cake was fresh so they will not take complain. My point is how they will know sitting in Pune and confirmed from the fraudulent vendor where i asked them to test the cake as i kept it inside refrigerator but they didn’t listen. Again i called and they told me that their manager is not there so call them after 2 days. I did that but they cut my number every time after knowing the order id. I am really concerned about their service and can’t let them do this freely with another person.
