Online Fraud against bajaj finance EMI card

My father got call from unauthorized person he demand otp number by saying that “he calling from bajaj finance”. My father gave him opt number & he tried to buy products from Flipkart of Rs. 55,999. I don’t want to pay for the money that i have not used. My father also tried to complaint in nearest police station but they not responding us. My father’s bank details & bajaj EMI card details have been compromised by bajaj finance. Please i need help from consumer forum.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
