Reaching out to seek your help. I enrolled to a online training/course ‘Internet of Things’ with ‘Colaberatact.com’ on 8th March 2017 and paid the amount upfront Rs 25000/-. On attending the first session on 11th March, i found the trainer – devlivery method, environment not satisfactor. So i brought this in notice with the team by calling and sending an e-mail.

I further decided not to pursue the training as well informed the executives the same. My communication was noted and was told my account would be credited soon. From 11th march chased the team to share address to return a KIT which i got, they replied after quite a delay. Finally the KIT got returned on 20th March 2017.

Thereafter multiple phone calls to know ETA when i will get credit but i have only been given assurances.

Looking forward to your assitance. Please let me know for any information required, I am attaching the payment slip as a reference.
