I ordered a teddy bear on 29th dec.They told that particular variant is not available on that day for delivery so they will delivery another variant,I agreed for that. But when they delivered a defective piece, when asked for replacement they are not responding properly. Now I want to return it. I am mailing to them daily but their response not appropriate. The website is http://www.onlinedelivery.in. Kindly help me to solve the issue so that I get back my money.
