I ordered one mobile phone, Moto E3 Power (Black, 16 GB) on 3rd of November,2016. It was suppose to be delivered next day 4th of November,2016. I opted for a exchange offer and cancelled all my appointments on that day to be there at the given address to receive the order as individuals presence was needed to avail the exchange offer. I was tracking the order continuously and saw it reaching at the nearby hub but didn’t receive any all from the courier that day till evening. Late evening I received a call from Flipkart saying that the PIN code of the given address is wrong and they couldn’t found it.I asked them to check it in google and then they said it is locate-able and they will deliver it by Monday.I saw a mail that day that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful as the addressee was not present, which is not true and I can prove that the addressee was present there. 5th November,2016 I received an email from Flipkart that the order got cancelled as the addressee was not found and the order was getting rerouted to Hydrabad.
We have mailed and called them repeatedly to understand the issue but they had nothing to explain. This is a pure case of harassment and fake promise. Please help with the needful. I have all the mails and SMS regarding this order. I have attached the screenshot of the order details and the cancellation details.
