I have booked an order “Yonex Carbonex 7000 Plus 2U-G4 Badminton Racquet (Black/Gold)” wide order number- 402-0007495-3749944 on dated 09 Oct 2016 and pay online Rs. 1750/- at the same time. The order would be deliver by Amazon on dated 25 Oct 2016. While order not deliver on time, I have contact with Amazon on 27 Oct 2016 and their representative again assured that sir your order will be reached in three days. But order not received till 03 Nov 2016. when I was contact with amazon on 03 Nov 2016 then Mr. Rxxxxh (Manager) told, “sir we can’t able to deliver this order so please cancel the same”.
During above activity I have faced below listed problems
01. Monetary loss
02. Order not received on time and due that I have pay much in local market for the same item.
03. My credibility loss in my son’s view
04. My money hold at Amazon account
05. Mentally Harassment
06. Time loss on waiting the order
07. Internet data loss during ordering and tracking the order.
