I placed an ordered as a gift for my wife which comprises of a chocolate gift hamper and a flower bouquet from their website archiesonline.com. I also paid for them via paytm. The chocolate gift hamper was delivered by BlueDart. But the flower bouquet was not delivered. I had paid Rs. 699/- for the flower bouquet and I need a refund. I sent them a complaint email and also tried calling their customer care. But no response from them so far.
