Order not delivered by dealer even after payment

This is to inform you that I had a business with Sara techno bazar lodipur first floor Bharat motors near sugar research institute Shahjahanpur UP and I have ordered him for 6 pices of led TV and the amount 9500×6=57000 out of which I have deposited 50240 cash in his HDFC Bank account on 26th may 2017 and now neither he is receiving my call nor giving me the material. They say that this amount is tax amount. Thanks and Regards
