Complaint regarding Daikin AC – Rs.36,000/- : Mr. Raghavul v v of Nidadavole 534342, Andhra Pradesh bought a Daikin AC from Whynot showroom on 22-03-2016. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. She posted her complaint in ICF on 1.11.2009 and ICF submitted the complaint to Make My Trip. Ms. Claudia Jones got her full refund on 08-11-2009.
