Order not delivered by Flipkart even after 7 days

I ordered a phone from Flipkart through my credit card. This on the time of payment was showing delievery in 10th Dec 2017 i.e. in 2 days. But after payment they changed the delievery date to 15th Dec 2017. Now it is 14th Dec 2017 n they have not even processed or shipped the product . It won’t reach me tomorrow. They are not updating details about it and neither taking any action on complains. Please take some action regarding this. Now they have extended the date again to 17th Dec 2017. What is this. A prepaid order should atleast be notified correctly. Order ID is OD110958101627757000
