I ordered a new samsung J7 mobile online in website : www.homeshopzone.com and they didnot deliver the mobile yet. But payment has been made with my Credit card on 19th may 2016. Their website is still active and it is showing my order and payment details done. i received a call from that company first telling that they would give good discounts if i do purchase with them. only then i tried doing a purchase of new mobile due to high discounts offered. But later after the payment their customer care number from which they used to call me earlier is switched off permanently. I have informed my credit card company that such case happened and they are not responding responsibily. Kindly guide me and help me by taking necessary actions towards such online frauds and people who supports them irresponsibly. And also make sure that company website does not fools public any more and i get my payment back. i have furnished the deatils of my purchase below.
