I have not recieved my order and neither i have recieved any updates for that. This is very disappointing to see the poor service and response from jabong. The customer care number is not at all responding , keeping you hold for 15-20 min but still no one is assigned for your call.
Jabong has lost all its credebility. Its been 15 days for my order and have not recieved the updates.
I am tired of following up with these people ad still there is no response. This is not only me but there are many people complaining the same. I have send an email copying all possible email ids of jabong , but still there is no response, even i have mailed the chief officer for this issue but seems no one is working on this.
I request you to please help me in finding the solution and help me to get the possible solution .
Please either cancel my order and refund my money or send my order. My Order No 160724645497253

  1. Similar Issue I am facing too. I have made order on 1st Aug & it is not even dispatched yet. Moreover, no responses from customer care on calls & even via emails.
    Really disappointing for all its customers.
