I have placed above Prepaid Order on 22nd September 2016. Till date I have not received the order and inspite of asking Jabong again and again they are not refunding the money asking me to wait for that and reject the same once I received the order. It is not my headech to wait for the delivery and only then I can get my refund. It is already 10 days gone not action has been taken and moreover Jabong Team do not have any details of the delivery also. They are making fool of me. Kindly help me to out of this torture mentally I am waisting my time on this. This is not the way of behaving with the customer.
