I had ordered two product from Jabong on 22nd August for my sister on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.

Last date of delivery as per Jabong was 27th August however till date I have not received the shipment. They seems uninterested in delivering the product as I had already paid the amount.

From past 8 days a receive a message from them that they will attempt to deliver the product today but each end of day when I try to track the order they say “could not be delivered but will be attempted again ”

I tried complaining to their chief Manager several times but I receive fake commitments that my product will be delivered on priority. I guess they don’t have any clue of where the shipment id or they probably have misplaced it.

They show zero support when I ask for warehouse or delivery boy details so that I may collect it myself.

Product ordered for some occasion has some sentiments attached to it; now the occasion is also gone

This put me into an embarrassing situation as despite of paying and following up constantly with Jabong I was not able to gift my sister on time.

  1. I had placed a oredr but i have rejected the delivery but still they are saying that they have not received the product from past 5 days they are saying that amount will be return after 4 days whenever i used to call them they give same answer.
