Order not delivered by Mirraw.com

I had ordered 3 sarees from Mirraw.com on 26 August and 31 august 2017. But tracking details not availble in DTDC Tracking site and our nearest post office also. In Mirraw site order status is as Dispatched. But i have not yet received the order. i paid 4492 Rs. for the same. I have made email conversation with them & they have also confirmed that i paid the the amount through net banking. I am sending you my total email conversation with their customer support executives. & also i have received order confirmation sms also.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
