I had booked a prepaid order on shein.com on 12th september 2017. It was going to get delivered by Gati within 7-10 days. It has reached the Pune local office on 1st Oct’17. I had made a request of change of address for the delivery as they were extremely late and I had changed my address by then. I did not get any msg or call regarding delivery or courier boy. Tracking link shows that my parcel is delivered on 1st Oct. When I called Gati kwe, they said its a wrong update from their side about delivery. Product is still lying in pune central. Firstly my parcel got already delayed by 15 days and its been 5 days I am calling Gati and getting no response. My parcel is lying somewhere in pune and still hasn’t reached me. Its frustrating that Gati cannot give any support or help and can tell when will I get my parcel. I strong want to file a complaint against this. They do not give their local office number nor do they transfer calls or give any information. They are just keeping the customer in vague and fooling by telling everyday that I will get a call from them. My docket no. Is 656556746. I want my parcel and information about it as soon.
