Order not delivered by Vynam despite payment done

I had ordered Saree from Vynam.com. I had made a payment by online debit card(EBS) on 5th March 2018. Till date I have not received my order. I have contacted their customer care many times. No reasonable explanation has been provided. I had requested them to refund the amount if product is not available. But they haven’t done so. I was made to select alternative product but despite doing so also they haven’t delivered my product, nor refunded the amount.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
