I have placed an order with Amazon.in online website on 21st Sept’15 and amount has paid through net banking. Till now (28th Sept’15) they were not shipped the item. I am not happy that till now thy were not shipped the same. So i contacted Amazon for cancellation to get my refund, they told me that, they can cancel the order only once the shipment is happened. I dont think this is not a professional approach. I have contacted Amazon for couple of times, first time 25th and 2nd time on today 28th. Still now they are not even taking any action against the seller which is listed in amazon.
As per the policy by Amazon, if a seller is “fullfilled by amazon”, they will take the full responsibility. I my case nothing has happened till now. So i forced to take this complaint against Amazon. Please help me on this. I am attaching the screen shot of the order which i have placed.
