Ordered Samsung Television from shopclues.com on dt 19/10/2015 with payment through netbanking. As per current status no product is delivered to me, on discussion shopclues provided with safexpress Waybill No. which was dispatched on 27/10/2015. contact safexpress for the same they have no idea about delivery status and not responding favourably. Raised concern with Shopclues for not receiving of product rather to cancel my order. No reverts received.
