I recharged my jio number with 459 plan with validity of 84 days i.e. 12th of February 2018. This plan has unlimited calls to any operator local or national plus 1GB data per day plus 100 sms per day and other roaming facilities. After 15 days of my recharge i.e. 5th of December, 2017 my outgoing calls are barred and other services i.e. internet, sms, incoming calls etc are working. Communicated to jio customer care several times but all the times I was told that your outgoing calls are barred due to misuse and ask me to recharge again to continue. They have clearly mentioned about limits of data and sms but never mentioned about the limit of voice. Moreover, I, request him to lodge a complaint but they refused to do. Please look into the matter. Thank you.
