I was using R Com Broadband with a plan of 999+taxes. Recently R Com changed tgere broadband to 4g. I was called by r com to change to 4g devices as a mandatory system by R Com. I ASKED WHAT WILL BE THE NEW PLANS, R COM CONFIRMED ME THAT FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS THE OLD PLAN IF BROADBAND I AM USING WILL BE CONTINUED.
Now bill comes of Rs 2700. When i called them for the issue they waived of 1000 and balance is still pending.
My issue is:- This account is in my name and I pay for it, how can R Com without my permission change my plan and bill a higher amount.
