Overcharging and no refund from Uber

I had taken a trip from my friends house in Gurgaon/Gurugram to the Indira Gandhi International Airport to take a flight. After dropping me at the Airport the driver did not mark the trip as completed and returned to Gurgaon.

As a result Uber has charged me for the entire journey plus the drivers return journey. As soon as I discovered this I had complained to Uber but now it is three weeks and no response is received as yet.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
