Overcharging of water bill by DJB

My water meter was installed on 24 July 17 but it was updated by DJB on 27 Dec 17. My Consumer no is 0139731000. Due to this i was charged Rs 3386 as bill for month of march 2018 inspite of 20KL free slab per day. Today from the day of meter installation my meter reading is 92KL. As per meter reading i should not be charged any bill since it is within 20 KL slab per day.Kindly do the needful.
