Overnite Express not delivering product but shows delivered

I bought some sweets online from Pahalwan’s Sweets Jammu for Rs.660 and paid additionally Rs.200 towards delivery online on the night of June 9, 2017. On June 15, when I enquired from Pahalwan’s on their number, the man on the phone informed me that my parcel has been sent through Overnite Express Courier AWB no.1306896006 and is showing delivered to me on the website of Overnite Express. When I checked on the website of Overnite, the parcel is showing delivered at Indore at some phone number 9xxxxxxxx6. When I called at that number the man who picked had no clue about any parcel.

I want my parcel or a refund of Rs.860 from Overnite Express. As there are sweets in the parcel, which are perishable, it would not be of any value to me after two-three more days and in that case only refund would be required in that case.
