I have booked OYO hotel room through online for Heera holiday inn, park street, Elliot Road on 31st March 2016. When i find that hotel address in google map, it was not located as mentioned on OYO website, so i cancel my booking (booking number: NTQJ7541) and they forfeit all paid amount of Rs 17235. That amount was deposited as pre-paid by me through online payment. According to OYO cancellation policy have to forfeit only 25% of total amount i.e Rs. 4308. But they didn’t do so and forfeit my full payment amount. When i call them on help line number provided by them and discussed about the grievances they denied to accept their own policy and clearly refused to pay back the excess amount. The policy caption is in the attachment. Kindly help to recover my hard earned money. Thanking you
