I had opted a pack for recharge as per information available on www.dishtv.in for GOLD HD pack. In the advance Dishtv Interface chat option, I found this offer and paid as per the amount automatically calculated by the the website.

After recharge, account recharged with the old one existing pack. While describing this to the support executive, he denied to do the needful as he told that website is not updated with the current plan. Now plan has been changed and selected offer cannot be availed.

Is it the write way to treat the customer. Well done dish TV support team. Hope you people will survive after Jio DTH Plan. In hope that one your team will look into and take necessary action for future compliance.
