Part payment not reflecting in Kotak Mahindra loan account

Having an home loan in Kotak Mahindra, had submitted the documents duly signed to their executive on 25/10/2017, bt till date my part Paymuis not been deducted by then, when contacted last week for another part payment which was to be make that time they told about this incident, the shocking thing is that the account from which the part payment was to be deducted is in kotak bank only, and still they say that the bank has not given confirmation about the payment, Please belt as wherever contacting them their executives are not answering properly in this regards.
