I’ve made a order to archies through their website archiesonline.com on 7th Feb 2016. My order was “you are special personalise mug” & ” dual heart silver ring”, order no was AL20160207-699836, which was delivered by bluedart courier on 11th Feb 2016 waybill no:40745614674, in which I found that my silver ring was missing. I’m calling to archies customer care on 011-41412424 but they are not providing any solution even I’ve send the mail to them on 13Feb & 16th Feb but my issue is still not resolved. Even I’ve done the payment of 802INR on 7th Feb 2016 through netbanking
