On 12.03.2019 i got a message that my passport is dispatched, and on 13.03.2019 the status shows delivered at India post Site. I never received my passport and the grievances i posted at the passport seva and India post are just in =vain as passport seva blamed India post & India post says its been delivered. the post man who was on duty says he gave it to a middle aged man without checking any ID on him! I wrote complaint letter to every grievance cell and Post master general but i have not heard anything from anyone. the delivery sheet of India post shows a forged sign where there should have been my sign!
I lodged an fir but still no fruitful result! kindly help!
