Our Whirlpool fridge was working fine since the last 2.5 years. It suddenly lost cooling in the normal ( non-freezer part) compartment. After several hundred calls, we get a part replacement for the power box, that too after 1 agonizing week. We have older people in the house whose medicines need to be cooled at any cost.  But the power box even messed up the freezer which was working well. In spite of not attending the call within 24 hours, the service center employees have the temerity to even shout back at us. We are again waiting again for the service center guy to come again tomorrow, but with a new box that will work.

I have to mention that Whirlpool’s service is beyond pathetic and they only care about sales and thats it. I am very sure that I am not going to buy any more products from Whirlpool in the future.

  1. Calling to this number is useless, when it is realated to fraud done by dealer on a whirlpool refrigerator. Seriously i am very upset with Whirlpool customer services.
