Payment of PayTM order made to wrong number

I have recently purchased sports shoes for my kid. When I am paying it i used the paytm. But mistakely paid to another number. When I called paytm customer care, they’re telling not responsible by paytm. When I am calling to which I paid to number he is not responding to my call. If paytm followed correct procedure i was not lost my money. When recharging any mobile no. they will ask twice for confirmation. If paytm followed it could be help for customer. Order id 3328986208
