Payment related issues with Shein

I made an order on shein throught PAYTM APP. The payment was successful and i got a text from the bank saying my money was deducted. However,minutes later i got a text from shein saying the transaction was not successful and that my money will be refunded in 7-14 days. It has been almost a month and i still did not get any refund.Please help.
