I had purchased a jeans worth Rs 1700 (actual price was 2700 but got cash back of Rs1000) from paytm. The Product was defective so paytm has approved the return and I send it to the merchant with courier charge (RS 150) from my pocket. Merchant has received the product on 3-10-2015 and since then whenever I speak (called more than 20 time) to their customer care they always give a fake deadline of 24 hours for getting the refund.
