I have placed an order for Hitachi refrigerator on PAYTM on 10th august 2017 R’s.62685 under independent day offer. As promised by vendor despatched had to be done before 14 th. The order was given to Bajaj Digital, Hydrabad by paytm. But because of their internal issue with courier, they cancelled my order. I have called PAYTM for many time to resolve the issue but they simply send e mail nothing else. When I directly call bajaj digit they told stock is not available and at the same time they are selling product at Rs 63270. So I request you to kindly provide me liquidate damage of interest for using my money. And take strict action against PAYTM and bajaj digital.
