PayTM cancels order arbitrarily

I have purchased a Power bank with 55% cashback from paytm. they cancelled my order as it shipped and now I can not get it on that price with cashback, If you don’t want to provide such discount why you put it on your website, just to attract customers??

I tried for more than an hour to call their customer care executive but nobody received my call. I tried to contact on email care[@]paytm.com but they replied they no longer support that email. Worst E-commerce experience ever
