I have order few items from Paytm. Cost of all item was around 2300/ but once i placed the order i realized that i have selected wrong delivery address instead of Bangalore address(My address ) o selected address belongs to Rajasthan. Once i realized my mistake, i called Paytm customer care and asked them to cancel my order because of reason even sent mail for the same and cancelled my order using Paytm application but they have delivered the item in wrong address and item not reached to me. I called them many time to stopped delivering item in wrong address but they are not following me and delivered my item in wrong address.
Now i am asking them that they can take return the item from the place they have delivered so i can get my money back and order same item in my address. they are not giving any proper response. as

I have called and raised my concern also but they have not taken any proper setups for this cause. If i asked then to stop delivering the item same day when i order they must be cancelled the item and revert my money but they have not done any proper action and played with me.
