PayTM delivered damaged product and not refunding money

I bought a solo oven 20 ltrs of IFB company against my order no. 1214303108 dated : 13-09-2015. and when I received the product packing outside was ok and when I opened the carton top surface of oven was pressed deep and two dents were formed on two top corners. I immediately informed the paytm on their website sent very first mail regarding this on dated : 23-09-2015. Even Paytm executive contacted me and confirmed me that they will not replace the product but will proceed for return. from 23-09-2015 to till date 06-10-2015 they kep asking for pictures and invoices and all that. and when I given all the proof to them now Mr. Pxxxxe Bxxxxa confirmed on mail that period for return policy is over now. Said reason for refusing return pickup is totally in genuine as paytm passed this period intentionally. I have all communication proof. I shall not stop at any cost and I will get my money back. Request you all people and ICF team to help me and share the email ids and phone nos paytm top management so that I can take this matter to their top management. Further Please also let me know that I can I proceed for online filling a case against paytm on consumer court.
