PayTM not allowing transfer from Wallet to bank

I have order Online Speakers in PAYTM and Order number is
1165103247 on August 16th 2015. This order was cancelled by me due to single item speaker. But PAYTM they return amount credited in my Wallet. But they are not activated Wallet to my bank transfer service. I raised many complaint they suggested to me send SMS from my register mobile. I already sent one month back but still not yet activated this service. I complaint many time raised ticket no proper answer and i called no one give proper solution.
