I had ordered Milton Set of orchid casseroles vide PayTM order # 1079 666974 dated 11th July 2015. I have been waiting for this product till date. because of this delay i even cancelled this order on 3oth July and asked for full refund. I received the message from PayTM that they will resolve this issue within 72 hours. But suddenly when i checked the order status on PayTm website regarding my order cancellation and refund, it claims that the product shipped on Aug 5th and delivered on 3rd Aug ( i think this is possible only with company like PayTM), i tried loging a complaint again that the product we have not and they have confirmed that the product is delivered, in fact neither myself nor my wife have not received the product, when we asked PayTM the receiver name on 5th Aug , they have not replied yet.
