I have ordered two earphones from paytm , on 11th of oct . One got delivered on 14 of october and one was shown out of delivery on 16th of october . I didn’t reiceive the order . Tried to contact the number provided by paytm to contact delivery guy , didn’t connect . Then we got update on tracking details as delivery attempted (customer was unavailable, we didn’t get any call from the courier guy). Then next day they again shown fake delivery attempt and is increasing the delivey date daily . They are showing fake delivery attempt daily. Who attempts a delivery at 6 am in the morning. They are so ignorant . They are not ready to solve the query
