Paytm not refunding money for irregular bus service

I have booked Bus tickets from Kodaikanal to Bangalore from Paytm for AC sleeper bus for 4000. While returning Bus did not came at time 6:30 and after waiting for 3 hours we were told that bus broke down so bus will no go.

After 1 more hour Finally they agreed that they will arrange a mini bus( Fare for mini bus is Rs250 & our nus ticket was Rs 2000 each) & they told us that we will get 70% refund and further bus will be arranged outside Bangalore.

Bus was pathetic 7 driver was playing local songs loudly telling us that without music he will sleep disturbing our sleep.

By 4PM we reached 30 km ahead of Salem but driver got back to Salem & we got bus. Total Km from Kodaikanal to Bangalore is 470 km and we got bus from Salem which is 160 KM.

Whole Night was horrible, we informed the Paytm with all details, its already 3 weeks but everytime Paytm is revrting with same comments Operater is not reverting money as he arranged alternate while it was clearly decided that they will arrange mini bus & refund 70% money.

Also Other travellers who booked via Redbus got 50% refund but Paytm is not refunding money or we can say not able to ask Operater to refund money.
