PayTM not refunding money to my card account

I’ve done an online mobile recharge with PayTM yesterday and it was failed. I tried again and again but the result was same. Instead of giving the money back to my credit card, (since I’ve made the transaction with credit card) they refunded the money to paytm wallet. I’ve contacted them several times via Email and they are responding with some scripted replies, they want me to transfer the money to my bank account from the paytm wallet so that they can take commission for not providing any service. This is paytm strategy!
