Paytm not replacing defective laptop

I had purchased a Lenovo Laptop from Paytm, ORDER NO. 81752805622  on March 15th. I found that the product was defective, Laptop screen was broken. I have requested return, they have taken a long time take back the defective alptop and assured that one the laptop will reached  back to merchant, they will refund my amount to card.

They arranged pickup for the laptop on April 3th and delivered back to merchant on April 6th. I have been following on the same but didn’t get  my money back amount Rs. 28500.  til now.
