Paytm not replacing, refunding for wrong products

I am here to notify the wrong practice which paytm has been adopted. On 27/09/2015 I have placed 4 market orders I got 2 orders as I placed. More 2 Orders i.e. Order No- 1239608715, received on 4/10/2015, the same day I have submit for return as it was not the things which I had ordered. Again on 5/10/2015 I had called to Customer care & communicated the same issue & they have asked me the product images & invoice copy image which I sent immediately. It was said by them within 72 hours it will solve the concern will come for the pickup of the goods delivered. Every time I am calling they are intimating new things like the size is as ordered where my concern is about the print which I ordered for is totally different. Again I have received 1 more Order 1239608715 on 6/10/2015 the product I have ordere for XL size where I got every size in this, smaller large XL, these are defective too & having stained mark on these. When I had sent a complaining both the issue I am getting reply only they wanted to & that too so ridiculous it is, where they are addressing only 1 issue that too irrelevant. When I called them again saying I have to courier the product to their merchant, why I have to do? & against that they will refund maximum of Rs.200/- where I am damn sure if it will be couriered it will cost more than there maximum limit. Now a days we are doing shopping online to save our time or any reason should be there. It’s really a type of mental harassment. The action they are taking is gonna a couple of months time & the merchant will take the return within 15 days. So they will say now it can not be done you are now time out. Each & every day I can not do the follow up that what about my complain status. Here kindly advise me how to return those asap & the amount would be refunded.

Also if required I will provide the email conversation where you can find the representative is seating over there who is only killing our time without meeting our expectations. It is really difficult to start again from zero, which they are doing. I do not have the trust that they will resolve this issue. So requesting you, kindly do the needful at the earliest.
