I purchased a product in PAYTM and they are shipped by DELHIVERY dt 28-6-17 and the promising date for delivery is 1-7-17. But they are not delivered the product. I call to the DELHIVERY customer care on 1-7-17 and they said we marked your product and it will be delivered within 48 hours (3-7-17). But today 3-7-17 also the product not reached destination city of Coimbatore – TN. Again i call to DELHIVERY customer care people today 3-7-17 and they are asking again 48 hours for delivery. If they are not able to deliver the product on time means then why running business. I need the product delivery within today night at any cost. Take action regarding this compliant.
