I purchased a Dell genuine original laptop adapter charger from Paytm on 27th December 2015. The product stopped working on 20th March 2016. When I called dell technical support for the service, they told me the product is out of warranty as it is 3 years and 5 months old product they asked to contact the seller. I am attaching the mails sent to me from the dell team which says the above said along with manufacturing date. I contacted paytm customer care with the mail from dell team on 21st march. Till date I have sent them 20 mails and some 20 calls and havent got any answer from the customer care of Paytm who are solely responsible for selling an out of warranty product 3 and half year old saying it as new genuine and original. Kindly help me.
