I use PayTM for most of my Mobile recharges and on Thursday 20th July, 2017 I used their service to recharge my Vodafone phone with Rs. 149 as the benefits mentioned on this special plan at PayTM was as follows:
Unlimited Local + STD calls, Vodafone to Vodafone, 300 MB Data, 28 Days – 300 MB for 4G Handset & 50 MB for Non-4G handset. T&C Apply.
Just above this plan, there’s Rs. 49 package where they clearly mentioned Unlimited V2V Calls but not on the Rs. 149.
Now, Vodafone denies the claim as they are not offering Unlimited Calling for Rs. 149.
When questioned PayTM about the same, they aren’t listening or adhering to my complaint. They are not even accepting their mistake and even though I told them several times to change the description at least so another user doesn’t fall into the trap I did, they are not obliging to that.
How can someone trust this brand if they are simply misleading and misguiding the users and trying to make money out of it?
They are responsible for this mishap as their team failed to verify the plans before enlisting them.
I demand a refund and sincere apology from them for the waste of my time and money on this.
