Paytm Wallet amount deducted but not transferred to bank account

I added Rs.443 to my paytm wallet with Wallet and then I requested to transfer same amount ie Rs.443 to return to my bank account. Then at that time it shows payment is pending but after two days it shows successful with Wallet txn id-18134853350 but in this transaction, Bank txn id is -0 (Zero) . And tried customer care lot of time and I mailed same issue on care[@]paytm.com but there is no response from them. Please do some action and try to help me. txn id- 18134787138 and Bank to no- 807217651784
